I've worked this industry from bottom to top. After going to college for the necessary certifications in residential, commercial and light industrial service, I worked as a technician. In 2009, I became NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified and then became Master Heat Pump Certified through the Arizona Heat Pump Council in 2011.

I have worked in this industry as a Service Tech, Lead Service Tech, Estimator, and Service Manager. Working for other companies helped me gain the necessary expertise and insight to understand how I can help change the reputation of this industry.

After 8 years in the industry and working for several different companies, it became increasingly difficult to find the right organization to work for. The longer I stayed in the industry, the more it seemed that all the focus was on sales, and very little regard was given to the customer and what they actually needed.

My personal goals of providing excellent customer service and making sure each client got what they needed, at a fair price, without a bunch of "extras" was in direct conflict with the sales goals and numbers required by the company. After hearing that I should for years, it became apparent that it was time to start my own company and change this industry.
